All orders are subject to age verification at checkout, and we may require a copy of your government-issued photo ID before processing an order. Orders that cannot be verified will be cancelled and refunded.
Products
Our products contain nicotine, an addictive chemical, and are intended for adult smokers and vapers only. Products are not intended for use by minors, pregnant or nursing women, or persons with heart conditions or other health concerns. Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders we believe are placed for resale or on behalf of a person under 21. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
Federal law (the PACT Act) requires that all shipments of vaping products be delivered with an adult signature (21+) at delivery. We do not ship to states, cities, or counties where the sale or shipment of vaping products is prohibited or restricted. Any order placed for delivery to a restricted location will be cancelled and refunded. Please review our shipping information before ordering.

Prohibited Use

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
Order Acceptance and Pricing Errors
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it only when we ship it — an order confirmation email or a card authorisation is not acceptance. Prices, descriptions, images and stock levels are published in good faith but may contain errors. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price, or a description or image is materially wrong, we may cancel the order even after it has been confirmed, and we will refund you in full. We are not obliged to sell at an incorrectly listed price.
Your Account and Billing Information
You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it up to date so that we can complete your order and contact you. You are responsible for the delivery address you supply. Orders sent to an address entered incorrectly are handled under our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product, or any part of this site, at any time. We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us, or disputing a charge for an order that was delivered and signed for by an adult, may result in the closure of your account and refusal of future orders. We reserve the right to contest disputes using evidence of delivery and adult signature.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination
