This Privacy Policy describes how MIRHA & MINHA LLC (“EcigRepublic,” “we,” “us”), operator of ecigrepublic.com, collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our site.

When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and payment information. Because we sell age-restricted products, we also collect information needed to verify that you are 21 or older, which may include your government-issued photo ID processed through our third-party age-verification provider.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and fulfill orders, verify your age and identity as required by federal and state law, communicate with you about orders and support requests, screen for fraud and risk, comply with legal obligations including PACT Act recordkeeping and tax reporting, and, where you have opted in, send you marketing emails about products and promotions. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

We receive information about you from our service providers: our age-verification provider returns a pass or fail result and the data points it used to reach it; our payment processor returns an authorisation result and a masked card number, never the full card number; our carriers return tracking and delivery-signature records; and our analytics and advertising providers return aggregated information about how visitors reach and use the site.
Security of Your Information
The site runs over encrypted connections (TLS) and card details are entered into a tokenised field supplied by our payment gateway, so full card numbers are never stored on our servers. We restrict access to personal information to staff who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the relevant authorities if a breach affecting your personal information occurs, as required by law.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request a copy of it, to request correction or deletion of it, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email support@ecigrepublic.com. You may use an authorised agent, and we will ask for proof of that authorisation.
Do Not Track
Browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. There is no agreed industry standard for responding to it, so our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
International Users
We sell and ship only within the United States, and our site is operated from the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to, stored in and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
