Need to cancel or change an order?
Orders move to our warehouse quickly, so contact us as soon as possible. Email support@ecigrepublic.com with your order number and the change you need (address fix, item swap, or cancellation).
What we can do
If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually cancel or edit it same day. Once a shipping label is created, we can no longer change the order – but you can refuse delivery or start a return per our Refund and Returns Policy.
Address errors
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to a restocking fee.
