All EcigRepublic orders ship in compliance with the federal PACT Act: every package requires age verification at checkout and an adult signature (21+) at delivery. State and local laws restrict where vaping products can be shipped, so we currently ship only to the states listed below. We are actively completing registrations in additional states and will add them as they are approved. Orders placed for delivery to a restricted state will be cancelled and refunded.

Free Shipping
- Free standard shipping on orders $99 and over.
- Applies to locations within the contiguous United States only. Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories and international destinations are excluded.
- Orders under $99 ship at a flat $9.99.
- All shipments require an adult signature (21+) at delivery under the federal PACT Act — this applies to free and paid shipping alike.
- Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders, which are quoted separately.
